Blog Re-fit and re-commission

Well folks like the original USS Enterprise NCC-1701,(Yes expect many a Star Trek reference!)  I'm officially overhauling this blog and turning it from a diary, to a blog about my life as a college student, with a kitchen, no meal plan and not necessarily a large budget, and all cooking shenanigans, and the musings that come to mind as I cook, no matter how insignificant or controversial.

Now I will also be posting random things in between my cooking bits, and some of it will be political, so if you don't like it, too bad, I have to have something to talk about as I wait for bread to rise :). Some of it will be me trying to interject some of my writing/ideas for stories because I'm just annoying like that j/k! But let's get cereal kids, In the mean time, I'm gonna open this blog up to the public so they can see it, unlike before where it was closed off.

So in my first blog post I will probably tell you all a background to my influences, inspirations and favorite foods! Hope you all like it, and welcome to the office of the commander in chef.
